Winner of 2 Best Score awards at Las Po Film Fest, Jake K. Siders creates original film scores that heavily utilize synthesis and musical sound design, crafting a unique sonic world for your film. Jake primarily works in genre film and has a particular fondness for cosmic/Lovecraftian horror. He holds certificates in Scoring for Film and Multimedia and Music Technology from Las Positas College and is currently pursuing a B.M. in Film and Media Scoring at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. He has a passion for music technology that makes him excel at the kind of creative problem solving required to create music for film. With experience in synthesis, sampling, sound design, orchestral music, electronica, music production and mixing, Jake is prepared to collaborate with you to find the sound you need for your story.

Jake’s filmic influences include the films of Moorhead & Benson, David Prior’s The Empty Man, Kubrick’s The Shining, Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner, and Joseph Kosinski's Tron: Legacy.
